The quote form

When you ask for a quote, we get what you typed: your name, your monument company, your town, and the phone number or email you gave us. It reaches us as an email through an email delivery service, with the address your request came from. We use it to write back to you about the work, and for nothing else. We do not sell it or pass it on.

To stop repeated automated sends, our web server keeps a scrambled form of that address for up to a day.

Cloudflare

The site is served through Cloudflare, which handles every request (including your IP address) to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and sets no cookies.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used, so we can make it easier to use. Clarity records how a visit moves through the page (clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement) as session recordings and heatmaps, along with the device, browser and approximate location. What you type into the quote form is masked before anything leaves your browser. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement, and Clarity sets cookies named _clck and _clsk to tell one visit from the next.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see where they come from. It receives the address and title of the page, the site you came from, your device, browser and screen size, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address (Google Analytics 4 does not store the IP address itself). When the quote form goes through, it also receives a note that a quote was asked for, and nothing you typed. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code to tell one visit from the next.

Cookies

Apart from the Clarity and Google Analytics cookies above, the site sets no cookies. You can block them in your browser settings, or with Google's opt-out add-on, and the site works the same.
